Vegan Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Sweet & Simple. This bowl is a great way to boost your energy in the morning or after your workout. It's packed with so many healthy nutrient dense foods and protein. I hope you enjoy it as much as our family does.

Servings 2 Bowls

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 2/3 cup Silk Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 1/3 cup Water (extra if you'd like it thinner)
  • 1 scoop Vega Sport Vanilla Protein Powder

Toppings

  • Fresh Fruit
  • Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • Chia Seeds
  • Hemp Hearts
  • Nature's Path Pumpkin Seed Flax Granola

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients together.
  • Top with whatever toppings you'd like. Granola is a my favourite part, it adds such a nice crunch.
