Vegan Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Sweet & Simple. This bowl is a great way to boost your energy in the morning or after your workout. It's packed with so many healthy nutrient dense foods and protein. I hope you enjoy it as much as our family does.
Total Time 15 minutes mins
- 2 cups Frozen Blueberries
- 1 Banana
- 2/3 cup Silk Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1/3 cup Water (extra if you'd like it thinner)
- 1 scoop Vega Sport Vanilla Protein Powder
Toppings
- Fresh Fruit
- Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- Chia Seeds
- Hemp Hearts
- Nature's Path Pumpkin Seed Flax Granola
Blend all ingredients together.
Top with whatever toppings you'd like. Granola is a my favourite part, it adds such a nice crunch.
