Earl Gray Sun Tea
by Megan Josol
Sweet summer drink. We love making this every year at our house. It's such a delicious summer treat everyone should try at least once. My mom used to make this when we were kids with herbal tea but I've grown to love this earl gray version the best. I hope you enjoy.
Prep Time 5 minutes mins
Steeping 6 hours hrs
Total Time 6 hours hrs 5 minutes mins
- 3 Earl Gray Tea Bags
- 1 liter Water
For After Steeping
- 1 Tbsp Raw Honey
- 3-6 Ice Cubes
Put tea bags into the glass jar with 1 liter of water.
Set in a sunny spot outside for 4-8 hours to steep. The longer in the sun the stronger the tea gets.
When done steeping, add in honey and shake until all the honey is dissolved.
Add some ice into 2 glasses and pour tea over top.
Enjoy!!
